Order by mail and receive by post!
Please send your order or inquiry by email to office@salzburg-salz.at and include the following information in your message:
- full name
- delivery address
- product description
- Number of products required
We usually reply within 2-3 working days with an order confirmation or an enquiry if relevant information is still missing. Unfortunately, we can only process orders with incomplete data with a time delay.
We will also be happy to send you a current price list and ask for your understanding that we do not offer the shop’s complete range of goods for dispatch: We believe that salt crystal lamps and tea light holders should be selected personally on site, as each piece is unique in terms of shape, grain and colour.
Minimum order value

For orders within the European Union there is a minimum order value of € 30,00 excl. shipping costs.
We accept orders outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, USA, Great Britain, Japan, Canada) from a minimum order value of € 100,00 excl. shipping and handling costs.
Please note that increased shipping costs, customs duties and any transfer fees will be charged to the end customer. Unfortunately, we have to charge you for the considerable additional costs (food customs declarations, FDA acceptance forms, special packaging guidelines, etc.) for international shipments.

The shipping costs depend on the package size required for your order. The following list shows the prices for the smallest possible parcel up to a maximum total shipping weight of 4 kg. The shipping costs for other countries are also available on request at office@salzburg-salz.at.

Payment methods
We only accept payment in advance for private purchases.
For corporate customers, we are happy to discuss payment methods separately and offer different models depending on the scope of the order.
Shipping date & delivery times
After receipt of payment, it usually takes 2-3 working days, depending on the availability of the goods, until the parcel is dispatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery time itself, as this is in the hands of our shipping partners. Within Austria, the transport time is usually 1-2 working days. During the Christmas season or due to unforeseeable weather conditions, this period may of course be longer. We thank you for your understanding in the event of any delays.
Parcel tracking
On request, we can of course also provide you with the parcel label number so that you can check the current status of your order.
Sustainability
We have largely switched our shipping packaging to sustainable and plastic-free alternatives or recycled materials. The cardboard packaging can be disposed of complete with the parcel tape (special kraft paper with natural rubber adhesive) and the delivery note bag (plastic and solvent-free single-material solution) in the paper collection garbage can (waste paper). Please fold the cardboard boxes when you put them in the garbage can!
So that we can do something good together with you despite the increased shipping volume worldwide, we charge a small amount per parcel, which is included in the shipping costs. This makes environmentally friendly shipping and easier recycling possible and we thank you for your support!
