A bath with our bath salts requires just two to three heaping tablespoons of salt for a full bath or one to two teaspoons for a foot bath. The ideal bathing duration is about 15 to 20 minutes to allow the soothing effects to unfold optimally. Our bath salts are also perfect for sensitive and dry skin, as they provide gentle care and have a calming effect.

Essential Oils—Pure and Versatile
In our range, you will find two exquisite essential oils: lavender and Swiss pine. Both oils are 100% pure, free from additives, of the highest quality, and ideal for all applications in aromatherapy, including diffusers and aroma lamps.
Lavender oil soothes, harmonizes, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Due to its particularly mild and gentle properties, it is also excellent for children, seniors, and sensitive individuals, and is found in numerous skin and hair care products. Lavender oil is one of the most versatile essential oils and can even be applied directly to the skin.
Swiss pine oil has a balancing effect on body and mind, positively influencing sleep and breathing. The increasingly popular scent of Swiss pine is appreciated not only in essential oils but also in Swiss pine wood furniture and cushions. Swiss pine oil should be used sparingly and, when applied directly to the skin, it should be mixed with a carrier oil. For the aroma lamp or diffuser, 2 to 3 drops are sufficient. Up to 10 drops can be used in a full bath.
Caution: Swiss pine oil is not recommended for babies, young children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers.
